Before founding TradingHive Group, Thomas led initiatives that won prestigious awards in renewable energy, such as the E.ON Energy Globe Award. His work focused on developing transformative technologies like floating solar modules and hybrid wind generators. However, he identified that lasting impact requires more than technology—it demands financial empowerment to drive widespread adoption and change. This insight inspired his shift to fintech, where he leverages his expertise to create opportunities for growth and prosperity.
Dooley Awadalla
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO of TradingHive, Dooley Awadalla safeguards the hive’s precious “honey,” drawing on global finance experience from HSBC and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. He optimizes resources, establishes robust processes, and fosters sustainable growth. Beyond balancing the books, Dooley champions transparency and accountability, aligning financial strategy with the hive’s broader goals. His dedication to trust, integrity, and impactful results makes him a cornerstone of our leadership—and a steadfast steward of the hive’s prosperity. He also serves as Treasurer of the Swiss Web3 Association.
